I did not receive an email to verify my account. What should i do?

We use some of the fastest email services in the world and hence our account confirmation emails ideally do go out instantaneously. In case you face a delay/not get the email, it might be because of the below issues:

Delay in the network

In some rare cases, emails might be delayed because of network congestion. In case you have not received an email in 15 mins you can attempt to register again.

Spam/Junk folder

In extremely rare cases or for erroneous reasons, your email provider might have marked our email as spam/junk. Do check your spam folder once.

Incorrect email

Are you sure you submitted the correct email to us? In case you are not sure, kindly register again.
