I have problem with my account / payment, what should I do?

Most payment/account/access related issues are because of your browser/incorrect data. We suggest you follow the below steps:

Step 1: Logout from your Mudrex account

Step 2: Clear browser cache

Step 3:  Do a clean refresh by clicking ctrl + shift + r for Windows and cmd + shift + r for mac 

Step 4: Login again
