What's a transaction ID/ UTR, and where can I find it?

Every transfer made using Net Banking such as IMPS, NEFT, RTGS or via UPI in India has a UTR number (Unique Transaction Reference), which is a unique reference number.

When you purchase crypto on Mudrex using INR, we ask you to enter this UTR number before adding funds to your wallet.

In addition to the bank website or app, your UTR number can also be found in the email or SMS that is sent by your bank, when you make a transfer.

Below is a detailed bank-wise guide to help you find your UTR. Click on the name of the bank from which you have transferred and refer to the mail/ text you have received from the bank and follow the red box  shown in the screenshots to get your UTR -
