To redeem a Gift Voucher, navigate to the "Profile" section within the Mudrex application, click on “Gift Voucher”, enter the Gift Voucher code and apply the same by clicking on "Add".
If your identity verification and the minimum fund addition is complete on your profile, the rewards will be credited to your account immediately. Else, to receive the reward, your identity verification and minimum fund addition must first be completed.
Your rewards will be visible in the "Funds" section.
For an invalid Gift Voucher, the reason behind it will be populated on the screen.
