My withdrawal status says COMPLETED, but I haven't received any funds in my Exchange account?

If the Mudrex status is completed, it means that the withdrawn assets have been successfully transferred from our end.

To check the same, please follow the steps mentioned- Navigate to your Mudrex wallet> History> Type- Withdraw.


We would request you to kindly contact the recipient exchange/ wallet if you have not received the same.


NOTE: If you’ve mistakenly withdrawn funds to the wrong address, we will not be able to provide any further assistance. If you have sent your coins to an incorrect address by mistake, and you know the owner of this address, we recommend you to contact the customer support of that platform.
