Referral Program -Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the terms and conditions governing the Mudrex Referral Program.

A. Program Participation, Generally

1. Referrers should download the Mudrex app and follow the on-screen instructions to refer friends or colleagues to the program by sharing it on various platforms.
2. Individuals who receive a reference from a Referrer are referred to as "Friends" (or a "Friend" individually). For each "Qualified Referral," a "Eligible" Referrer who is entirely compliant with these Terms and Conditions may receive "Reward(s)" (all terms in quotes to be understood as defined below).

B. Eligible Referrer To be “Eligible,” a Referrer must:

C. Making a Referral

1. A Referrer must register at Mudrex to make a referral.
2. Referrers must respect the spirit of the Program by only referring real individuals who meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions. Referrers cannot refer themselves. For example, a Referrer may not create multiple or fake accounts with Mudrex or participate in the Program using multiple or fake email addresses or identities.

D. Qualified Referrals

1. A “Qualified Referral” means that all the following conditions are met:
2. The Friend completed the minimum deposit as specified in the application and invested it into Mudrex products and has not withdrawn the amount for at least 7 days from investing. If a Friend invests from or registers with Mudrex using any other method, the registration will not count as a Qualified Referral and the Referrer will not earn Credit. If a Friend withdraws within 7 days of investing, the Referrer will have the rewards earned from the Friend reverted. 
3. The Friend had not previously made an investment with Mudrex under any email address or alias - it is the first deposit and investment after signup using a referral.
4. Only one Qualified Referral can be earned for each Friend, up to a maximum of ten (10) Friends, unless otherwise allowed by Mudrex. Any additional or subsequent investments made by a Friend will not be considered Qualified Referrals and thus not be entitled to the benefits of Qualified Referrals.

E. Earning Rewards

1. Referrers shall be eligible to claim a reward for each Qualified Referral for up to 10 Qualified Referrals.
2. Mudrex may also refuse to verify and process any reward Mudrex deems in its sole discretion to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions or it believes will impose potential liability on Mudrex, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents. All of Mudrex’s decisions are final and binding, including whether a Qualified Referral or Reward is verified.

F. Verified Qualified Referrals

1. Rewards are subject to verification. Mudrex may delay a Reward for the purposes of investigation. Mudrex may also refuse to verify and process any transaction Mudrex deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believes will impose potential liability on Mudrex, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents. All of Mudrex’s decisions are final and binding, including whether a Qualified Referral or Reward is verified.

G. Transfer and Value of Credit and Rewards

1. Rewards have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. Rewards are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold. Upon termination of the referral program or any portion thereof for any reason, any unredeemed Rewards that have not yet been delivered to Referrer are forfeited.
2. Rewards received are subject to the terms and conditions of the rewards program.
