INR deposits usually fail due to the following two reasons:

Funds are not being transferred to Mudrex's bank account.

Incorrect UTR being entered while submitting a transaction
We request you transfer funds and create a transaction if you have submitted a transaction without transferring.
In case you have transferred funds but still received a failure notification, here's how you can find the correct UTR and submit a transaction:
If transferring from a UPI app or any other non-ICICI bank account -
All UTRs start with the digit "3" and are usually 12 digits long. Please finds this reference number and submit a new transfer request.
If transferring from an ICICI bank account
Please see your bank statement and submit the transaction reference number that starts with "006."
