I received notification that my INR deposit had failed. What should be done next?

INR deposits usually fail due to incorrect UTR. Mudrex relies on information provided by users to process the transactions. Please ensure you place an order with the correct UTR. 

Still if you face any issue with respect to the UTR, please raise a ticket with the screenshot of the email or the text message you received from the bank, as a proof so we can help you with the correct UTR!
